"I had never considered reflexology before I'd met Sofia, but am so grateful that the opportunity arose for me to be treated by Sofia during the end of my pregnancy. The weekly reflexology treatments I had gave me time out of my busy life to put my body and my baby first before finishing work, and the treatments I had after finishing work enabled me to relax and be at one with my baby.
Although I'm not sure of exactly what the reflexology directly affected, I always felt relaxed and peaceful after my treatments and always had a good solid nights sleep (not something to take for granted when heavily pregnant!).
